eTech offers one time or yearly plans to solve computer issues including set up, tune up, removal/clean up of virus/spyware and full system repair.

What computers/systems do you support?

eTech can fix Windows 8, 7, Windows XP, Vista, 98, 95, and Apple Mac operating systems.

What are your hours?

eTech is available 7 days a week from 7a.m. – 10p.m.

Is the service guaranteed?

eTech’s service is guaranteed for 3 days. If the issue returns, let us know within 3 days and we will remedy the problem or refund the purchase price.

How can I pay for this service?

A valid credit card is required.

Where is your call center?

eTech is an U.S. based company with English speaking technicians and its call center is located in the Midwest. It has never been outsourced nor will it be.
